Goodwill Pharma concluded a promotion agreement with GlaxoSmithKline Hungary Ltd. With this agreement Goodwill received the right to promote several products in various therapeutic fields. With this agreement a long-term cooperation between the companies is renewed and extended.

Dolorgiet GmbH and JSC Grindeks appointed Goodwill Pharma to act as their local representative. A set of their products shall be promoted and distributed by Goodwill Pharma in Hungary.

Goodwill Pharma has greatly expanded the number of its partners. We are open to cooperate with further manufacturers who are interested in licensing business in Hungary, the ex-Yugoslavian countries and in the CEE Region.

Goodwill Pharma attended euroPLX in March 2010. We are constantly looking for manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies to have in-licensing agreements and basket deals with them. Goodwill Pharma is interested in several therapeutic fields. Our combination of skills, experience and market understanding enables us to provide the highest standards in contract sales, marketing and in-licensing.

In 2009, as in each year, Goodwill Pharma attends CPhI. We are present on this event to find new licensor partners. Goodwill Pharma is seeking pharmaceutical companies to establsih licensing agreements and basket deals with them. Goodwill Pharma has already started generic pharmaceutical registration processes in several of therapeutic fields.

As of October 2009 Goodwill Pharma Hungary provides contract sales force and brand outsourcing services for Novartis Consumer Health Division. Pharmaceutical preparations of two well established brands are now promoted by life cycle management. Another brand is supported by Goodwill Pharma sales force by providing specific contract marketing services.

Since 2003 Gedeon Richter has been represented successfully in Serbia by Goodwill Pharma. We introduced new product range of pharmaceuticals to the market and we managed to increase their turnover significantly. As a result of this successful cooperation Goodwill Pharma has been appointed to be exclusive representative of Gedeon Richter in Kosovo and Bosnia & Herzegovina too. Several registration processes are underway. We plan to continue and expand our successful cooperation with Gedeon Richter in these countries and Serbia.
